تجمع سوبرفريلانسر بيانات الحساب اللازمة لتشغيل المنصة التعليمية: البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم، تقدّم التعلّم، النقاط، المهام، الشهادات، ومحتوى المجتمع الذي تنشره. نستخدم Firebase للمصادقة وقاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL لتخزين بيانات الحساب واللعبة.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد نستخدم مزوّدين تقنيين (استضافة، بريد، تحليلات تشغيلية) لمعالجة البيانات نيابةً عنا.

حذف الحساب (Account deletion)

  • من تطبيق الموبايل (عند توفّر الزر): طلب حذف الحساب من إعدادات الحساب.
  • عبر واجهة برمجة التطبيقات للمستخدم المسجّل: DELETE https://www.superfreelancer.org/api/mobile/v1/auth/account مع رمز الجلسة (Bearer).
  • أو راسلنا عبر صفحة التواصل / البريد المدرج في تطبيق Google Play مع البريد المرتبط بالحساب.

عند الحذف، نحذف سجل المستخدم وكل البيانات المرتبطة به عبر قاعدة البيانات (تقدّم، محاولات، منشورات المجتمع، الشهادات الصادرة لهذا الحساب، إلخ). حسابات المسؤولين لا تُحذف ذاتياً من التطبيق.

Superfreelancer collects account data needed to run the learning product: email, name, learning progress, XP/hearts/streaks, missions, certificates, and community content you post. We use Firebase for authentication and PostgreSQL for account and game data.

We do not sell your personal data. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, email, operational analytics) as processors.

Account deletion

  • In the mobile app (when available): use the in-app delete-account control.
  • Authenticated API: DELETE https://www.superfreelancer.org/api/mobile/v1/auth/account with a valid Bearer session token.
  • Or email the support address listed on our Google Play listing with the account email.

Deletion permanently removes the user row and cascaded related data (progress, attempts, community posts, certificates for that account, etc.). Admin accounts cannot self-delete via the mobile API.
